Yes, begin Uncocking with left palm facing plane because of the Sequenced Release used by Swingers (4-D-0).
For maximum power, ball is struck before Full Extension of the Lever Assembly. And remember Hinge Action refers only to the Impact Interval.
Full extension is reached very soon after Impact. How soon? Who cares...
