Bagger, you are correct and I agree + understand all your points, and you got me to understand further points.

The motion I presented in the video is Un-golflike ... and the extensor action does extend below the plane... There is still flaws in my explanation. But to make the point clear I had made a exaggerated motion, trying to explain the following;

1)By supporting the Primary Lever Assembly and Secondary ( by the forearm or extensor action ) . The motion changes and Many of the swing/ hit component will change automatically.

2) As long as your forearm and extensor understand and educated to the No.1 point. The difference of a HIT and a Swing is clear . And all the "symptoms " of a hit and a swing is created.

I think i can better the explanation now.The extensor direction direction is pulling the arms down at setup..

For Hitting, pull the no.1 accumulator and the extensor have the feeling of keep pulling this no 1 accumulator through the cup of the right hand throughout the swing even when the right wrist bends. This way the left arm is like a Wall , something stiff

Swinging.. the accumulator 1 is pulled with the same way.. at the same time during the backswing , the extensor INTENT to pull the shaft via pp 3 and with the right wrist bends.. Thus forearm and extensor action becomes secondary support... and the left arm became a Flail or string.

AND many thanks to you Bagger. I think I got it better now ,

Also Loading and Extensor action are different things... I used to assume its the same .. Major Major incubator hatching !...

Thank you so much !

Latest incubator: Finally appreciate why Hogan wrote 19 pages on GRIP. I bet he could write another 40 pages.
